October 23, 2020
Governor Baker, in conjunction with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, has shut down the rinks throughout the state due to the recent spike in corona virus cases. The shutdown went into effect on Friday, October 23 at 5:00PM and will remain in effect until Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 12:01AM EST. This means all skill sessions and goalie clinics scheduled for Friday, October 23 and Friday, October 30 will be canceled. Also, all our program activities – including all practice sessions and league games - will be canceled for the next two weeks for all our teams.
Additionally, due to the shutdown the MYH Board of Directors has decided to postpone the start of the program's Learn-to-Play Hockey program indefinitely. The start of the LTPH program will be reconsidered once the operating status of the rinks is clarified when/if the current closure is lifted.
More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
