State officials visited Flynn Rink on Monday, October 15 to officially kick off the renovation of the facility!
Registration for Melrose Youth Hockey's 2018-2019 Instructional programs - Mite Instructional and Learn-to-Play Hockey - is now open! The Instructional season kicks off on Saturday, November 3 at Flynn Rink. The Mite Instructional group will skate at 8:00AM while the Learn-to-Play Hockey group will follow at 9:00AM.
The Mite Instructional program is for players age 8 and under (birth year 2010 or younger) who have already had 1-2 years of hockey playing experience.
The Learn-to-Play Hockey program is intended for skaters who are new to hockey but have completed at least one (1) year of a Learn-to-Skate program or equivalent. This is not a Learn-to-Skate program. There are no age restrictions on our LTPH program.
Players must be fully equipped for on ice participation. No bike helmets or street hockey sticks allowed.
A link to register your skater for either program has been posted below. We encourage all interested participants to use the ease and convenience of our online registration option and avoid filling out forms and waiting to register at the rink on the first day of the program.
Questions regarding registration can be forwarded to the following email address: MYH-BoardofDirectors@comcast.net.
Thanks and hope to see you on November 3!
